🦷 Important reminder for your upcoming appointments
From 1 October 2026, patient identification will become mandatory at the dentist when treatment is billed through electronic third-party payment.
🪪 Please remember to bring your identity card to every appointment. For children, please also bring their Kids-ID or ISI+ card.
Why is this important?
Third-party payment means that you only pay your share at the dental practice, while your health insurance fund directly covers the amount reimbursed by health insurance.
⚠️ If your identity cannot be verified, third-party payment cannot be applied. You will then need to pay the full amount of the fees at the practice, before being automatically reimbursed by your health insurance fund.

This initial visit allows us to form a complete overview of the care required and treat you in a personalised and efficient manner.
We kindly ask you to bring your ID card and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your file and medical history.
