In the event of late payment, and after sending the first free reminder in accordance with the conditions and time limits set out in Article XIX.2 of the Code of Economic Law, the client will be required to pay:
- interest calculated in accordance with the law of 4 May 2023, i.e. the reference rate increased by 8 percentage points.
- a fixed compensation calculated as follows on the outstanding amount:
- Less than or equal to €150: €20
- Between €150.01 and €500: €30 increased by 10% of the amount due on the portion between €150.01 and €500.
- More than €500: €65 increased by 5% of the amount due on the portion above €500, up to a maximum of €2,000
Missed appointment:
To ensure optimal care, and to allow another patient to benefit from your appointment, if you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 02 538 90 06. An administrative fee (€50) will be charged in the event of an unjustified absence or failure to inform us.
The same interest and fixed compensation will be payable to the client in the event the company fails to meet its obligations. These will be calculated on the actual loss suffered and demonstrated by the client.Thank you for your understanding
